After carrying out the necessary work, the engineer will draw up an act of completed work. If spare parts or consumables are required for troubleshooting, this will also be reflected in the progress report. When installing parts by our service engineer, a 1-month warranty is given for the work performed from the moment the device is restored to working capacity.

Within the framework of this agreement, the customer pays for the work of our engineers related to ensuring the operability of the equipment.
List of works performed monthly:
- checking the operability of the equipment;
- carrying out routine maintenance and adjustments;
- supply of consumables and spare parts;
- drawing up a list of spare parts necessary for repair, as well as a list of resource parts with an expiring service life;
- unlimited number of engineer calls if necessary to repair equipment;
- courier delivery of consumables (if possible, users can change it themselves) and accounting documentation (acts, invoices);
Under this contract, consumables and spare parts are paid for by the customer separately.
